Location: Waterford (Hybrid)
Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 DOE

A global technology leader is seeking a Product Manager to join their Developer Experience team, helping shape next-generation tools that empower developers worldwide. The role focuses on improving usability, performance, and integration across core developer products in the AI era.

You’ll act as a key bridge between engineering, product strategy, and the developer community — driving solutions that simplify how developers build, deploy, and scale software.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for developer-focused tools and integrations

• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases

• Engage with users and stakeholders to translate complex technical feedback into clear solutions

• Research emerging technologies and incorporate innovation into product evolution

• Analyse user behaviour and product metrics to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in product management within a technical or developer-facing environment

• Strong understanding of modern developer workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments

• Background in computer science or a related technical field

• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable collaborating across global teams and working in agile environments

Desirable:

• Experience in AI-enhanced developer tools or open-source platforms

• Knowledge of SaaS products and developer ecosystems

• Data-driven approach to product development
